You can view your current billing info at any time by logging into the client area on our homepage at http://www.cwsdesigns.com.
Payment is accepted in the following forms, online, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/Novus. You may also mail your payment to us.
All accounts are subject to late fees if any invoice is past due.
Accounts which are 14 days past due will be suspended and will incur a $10.00 re-activation fee, plus a $20.00 late fee and interest fees at 10%.
Any checks that are not honored by the bank will be subjected to a $30.00 NSF fee.
Accounts which are 28 days past due will be cancelled and deleted from our servers. Now backup is made of deleted accounts. Cancelled accounts will be re-activated at our discretion. The account will incur late fees and interest fees.
If either CWS or you ,the customer, cancels the account then any outstanding balance must be paid in full.
Any account balance over 60 days will be sent to collections and reported to all credit reporting agencies.
