CWS Designs & Marketing website development consists of designing and programming your website. We custom design to your specific needs and to be consistent with your corporate branding.

Project Phases:

Consultation & Estimating:
We will either sit down with you or receive all your information over the phone. Here we will ask you many questions on what your needs are and what you are expecting out of your website. This is time for you to think about what you wish to accomplish, if you need any special functionality or interactivity with your visitors. We will then compile all this information and prepare an estimate with recommendations.

Graphic Designing:
Upon receipt of the signed estimate and deposit we will start on your new website depending on the lead time that is indicated in your estimate. Our graphic designer will prepare a home page that is geared towards your company and industry. At this time any company information, brochures, flyers, etc. will help with your website. You will be able to view your new site at any time during the progress by logging into our temporary area on our web server.

Website Development / Programming:
Once the home page is approved by you we will then continue to complete each inside page with any necessary programming. At this time we will test your site for broken links and test any forms and special programming that we have done for you. We will add all meta tags and titles throughout each page for each search engine to pick up. You will continue to be able to view the progress of this site by logging into the temporary area on our server.

Launching Your New Website:
Once the entire site is approved by you we will launch your new website on the live web server. At this time we will bill your company for final payment. Once payment is received we will then submit your website to the top search engines.

Completion:
Any minor changes to your new website maybe requested during the first two weeks of your site being live. These changes can not exceed two hours total. Minor changes may include adding or changing your text content, replacing a photo, etc. Any add-on pages or re-working an entire page will incur additional charges.

Domain Name & Hosting:
If you do not have a domain name then we can lock in your new domain name through our corporate account. A domain name is the name that you choose for someone to go to your website, such as: CWS Designs & Marketing, Inc. domain name is cwsdesigns.com. If you have us purchase your new domain name then this fee will be waived for two years.

We offer hosting services to all our clients. Hosting is having your entire website on our web server 24/7 with a 99% up time. We currently have our own server located in a major datacenter in California that has 24/7 support technicians. Hosting service includes web space, unlimited corporate e-mail addresses, password protected directories and much more. Hosting fees will be billed quarterly at our current rate.
